- Reservations may be made at any time. For large events or when specific items/color linens are needed, it is best to make the reservation as soon as possible.
- There are no deposits required to make a reservation. Payment is due upon confirmation of your order.
- Changes may be made until the order is confirmed, however it is always best to estimate high when placing your order and remove them as you get closer to your event, than it is to add items at the last minute.
- Orders are confirmed the week prior to your event. At that time, payment in full is required.
- You may confirm your reservation by email, phone or coming into our store. All delivery orders must be paid at least 5 days prior to scheduling delivery.
- Once orders are confirmed, items may be added IF they are available.
- There is no penalty for canceling your order, however we kindly ask to be notified immediately if your event is canceled or if you choose not to fulfill your order. During the peak of our season, we run low on some items and as a courtesy, we would appreciate plenty of notice, as it is our policy to only allow add on items after confirmation "IF" they are available. No show orders place those items on hold.
Misc.
- PROPANE: Our outdoor patio heaters & 3' propane BBQ come with a 5 gallon tank of propane.
- CHAIRS: Our chairs are white metal frame with plastic seat & back. Every effort is made to keep our chairs clean & in good condition. Standing on or rocking back may cause damage or injury.
- Please keep in mind, they are rental chairs & scratches may be caused by normal wear & tear. We do not allow customers to paint or otherwise alter our equipment. The replacement cost for loss or damage, is $10.00 per chair.
- LINENS: Every effort is made to provide wrinkle free linens for your event. However, occasionally due to folding, they have lines and/or wrinkles. To remove the wrinkles, lightly mist plain water on linen & place in the dryer for 5-10 minutes.
