• Reservations may be made at any time.  For large events or when specific items/color linens are needed, it is best to make the reservation as soon as possible.
• There are no deposits required to make a reservation.  Payment is due upon confirmation of your order.
• Changes may be made until the order is confirmed, however it is always best to estimate high when placing your order and remove them as you get closer to your event, than it is to add items at the last minute.
• Orders are confirmed the week prior to your event.  At that time, payment in full is required.
• You may confirm your reservation by email, phone or coming into our store.  All delivery orders must be paid at least 5 days prior to scheduling delivery.
• Once orders are confirmed, items may be added IF they are available.
• There is no penalty for canceling your order, however we kindly ask to be notified immediately if your event is canceled or if you choose not to fulfill your order.  During the peak of our season, we run low on some items and as a courtesy, we would appreciate plenty of notice, as it is our policy to only allow add on items after confirmation "IF" they are available.  No show orders place those items on hold.

Misc.

•  PROPANE:  Our outdoor patio heaters & 3' propane BBQ come with a 5 gallon tank of propane.
•  CHAIRS:  Our chairs are white metal frame with plastic seat & back.  Every effort is made to keep our chairs clean & in good condition.  Standing on or rocking back may cause damage or injury.
  
• Please keep in mind, they are rental chairs & scratches may be caused by normal wear & tear.  We do not allow customers to paint or otherwise alter our equipment.  The replacement cost for loss or damage, is $10.00 per chair.
• LINENS: Every effort is made to provide wrinkle free linens for your event.  However, occasionally due to folding, they have lines and/or wrinkles.  To remove the wrinkles, lightly mist plain water on linen & place in the dryer for 5-10 minutes.

Other Policies

•  All party rental items are for 3 days.  Items may be received the day prior to use and returned the day after.
• We deliver.  We will deliver your items the day before your event & pick them up the day after.  If your venue has limited your use, we will work with you to ensure your items are delivered & picked up accordingly.
• We do not "set up". 
  
• Our delivery is curbside only.  Our drivers are instructed to place items as close to the use site as possible, when truck access is available.  If our truck cannot back up to the location, our drivers may not carry items into back yards, up stairs, etc.
• Our driver(s) may move items 10-15 ft. from the truck to place in a more secure location, such as garage when leaving items out may cause damage to the items due to sun or rain.
• There may be an additional charge if our driver receives a request to carry items more than 15 ft. from the truck.
• There will be an additional charge if items are not returned to the delivery site for pick up.  There will be an additional "break down" charge if our driver(s) find tables & chairs still set up & if it is necessary for them to take them down to complete their pick up.
• If you have a gated property, please ensure that we are given gate codes prior to the date of delivery.  If we find a locked gate (with no code) &  cannot deliver/pick up, there will be an additional charge for our driver to return.
• LINENS: If you are using candles in your centerpiece, it is YOUR responsibility to ensure wax does not drip on linens. Most stains can be removed but WAX, even if removed, leaves a stain that cannot be removed. The replacement cost for damaged linens is $18.00 each.
• CHINA: Please rinse off dishes before they are returned.  If your venue does not have water/sink, please scrape all food from the china.  There is a charge if dishes are returned with food on them.  The replacement cost for lost/broken china is $10.00 per piece.
  
• GLASSWARE:  All glassware must be placed back into the racks open end down.  There should be no liquid in any glass.  Please wipe lipstick from the rim before returning it to the crate.  The cost to replace broken/lost glassware is $5.00 per glass.
